MOLD DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
Since 1988, we have been producing metal cutting, forming and deep drawing molds for sheet metal parts from 0.3 mm to 7 mm according to customer needs. We have the knowledge and equipment to process all steel types specified in international mold standards. We can produce progressive dies up to 3 meters and also do external applications such as in-mold threading operations, sensors and cores. DALGIÇ KALIP has all the necessary technical staff, machinery and equipment needed in the mold production process. It offers a perfect process management with its experienced staff who will manage all processes from design to transferring the molds to mass production according to the sector's requirements.
COLD SHEET FORMING
DALGIÇ KALIP provides full-time support to its customers with its expert staff, working in 6 days and 3 shifts. It produces metal parts with 19 presses, pad printing, welding, tapping and screwing lines in its machine park. Although domestic and imported sheet metal is consumed in all standard and complex sheet groups such as DKP SAC, aluminum, stainless sheet, phosphor bronze, yellow brass, S series sheets, our average annual sheet consumption is 4,000 tons. Our facility, which has IATF 16949 certificate, carries out its mass production in VDA 6.3 standards and is regularly audited by our customers and approved certification bodies. More than 90% of the molds in the mass production factory were produced by DALGIÇ KALIP, and all of our presses work automatically with solvent and drive systems.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The responsibility of the Project Management, where all processes are followed in accordance with VDA 6.3 standards, starts with Purchase Order (P.O) and all processes such as Feasibility, Manufacturability Analysis, Mold Design, Detailed Production are reported to the customer with visual presentations every Friday, and the PPAP process is the mold production process. starts simultaneously. During the project management process, which includes the delivery of molds to mass production after the planned T0 and T1 printing times on the molds, the relevant project teams follow up with precision until the product commissioning process is completed.
ASSEMBLY AND WELDING PROCESSES
With the welding line in our facility, the mass-produced parts are assembled in detail with additional processes such as screw driving, welding, pad printing. All of our assembled parts also go through control processes and 100% approved parts are produced. Thanks to our expertise, especially in the welded joining processes of visual and painted surface sheets, we continue the assembly and welding operations of complex parts.

Dalgıç Kalıp A.Ş, sheet metal parts; It was established in Istanbul in 1988 to produce Cutting Forming, Pad Printing, Welding, Threading, Screwdriving, Assembled products. Its main production sectors are automotive, white goods, heating & cooling and electrical electronics sectors, respectively. It produces tandem molds, transfer molds, progressive molds and plastering molds up to 3 meters long in its mold factory located in Tuzla, Istanbul.
